Terms of sale

This English version is provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the French terms of sale prevail.

Article 1 – Seller’s identity

The association HLA-G (hereinafter “the Seller”), an association governed by the French law of 1 July 1901, whose registered office is at 213 traverse de la Sorbière, 13390 AURIOL, France, registered under RNA number W133040053, SIREN 937 945 137, offers products for sale on the website afyo.eu.

Article 2 – Scope

These terms of sale apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales concluded on afyo.eu by consumers (natural persons acting for purposes that are not related to their trade, business, craft or profession).

Article 3 – Products and availability

The products offered are described and presented as accurately as possible. Photographs and descriptions are not contractual. Products are sold subject to availability.

Article 4 – Prices

Prices on the site are in euros (net). They may be changed at any time. The applicable price is the one displayed when the order is confirmed.
Delivery charges are shown before the order is confirmed. The price displayed for each destination includes postage. Any customs duties or import taxes that may apply outside France are payable by the recipient.

Article 5 – Order and confirmation

The order proceeds in several steps. The sale is finally concluded only after payment is accepted and a confirmation email is sent.

Article 6 – Payment

Payment is due immediately on ordering. Accepted payment methods are those offered on the site (Stripe).

Article 7 – Delivery

Delivery is made to the address given by the customer when ordering.
Indicative time: 3 to 7 working days in metropolitan France. Delivery times to other destinations may be longer.

Article 8 – Right of withdrawal and returns (30 days)

Under Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a statutory cooling-off period of 14 days.
Association HLA-G grants you an extended period of 30 days from receipt of the products to return the items, without having to give a reason.

Return conditions:

• The product must be returned complete, in its original packaging, and undamaged.
• Return shipping is payable by the customer (unless the product is defective or we made an error).
• The refund will be made within 14 days at most after receipt and inspection of the parcel. The refund is the product amount; it does not include a refund of the outbound shipping costs.

Exceptions: Damaged products are not taken back.

Article 9 – Legal warranties

All products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects under French law.

Article 10 – Liability

The liability of Association HLA-G is limited to the price of the product purchased.

Article 11 – Personal data

Data collected are processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have a right of access, rectification and erasure of your data.

Article 12 – Disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the French courts shall have jurisdiction.

Article 13 – Governing law

These terms of sale are governed by French law.
